Edit Date/Time for Multiple Date or One Time Events

Previously if you had any contacts registered for an upcoming session, you were unable to change the date or time.

Our team has released a small update that will now allow you to reschedule those! 🙌

The update lets you adjust the date and/or time of those sessions, as well as opt to notify any affected registrants of the change.

You can also choose to cancel the session outright.

Note: Keep in mind that this will only apply to Multiple Date or One Time events. The scheduled times for Recurring Events will remain locked in once they have active registrants.


In the works: Our team is busy working on a bigger update to our Scheduling options that will make them more robust, but this should help in the meantime!
